The ordering process at Emerald Pool and Patio was quite smooth and easy. Zach walked us through the order and made sure we had all the info accurate. Waiting time was less than expected, and scheduling a delivery was one easy phone call. The folks who brought the cover to the house, and took the old one away were kind and knowledgeable and made short work of the job. They were there about 15 minutes, answered a couple of questions and were on their way with the old cover in the van. All in all a simple and easy process from a reliable company. Thank you.

We have bought patio furniture from Emerald Pool and Patio for many years. They have a huge showroom and an excellent selection / range of brands. Courtney helped me most recently when I was buying a new patio set, and her service -- including working through a couple of special requests I had -- was exceptional. Very knowledgeable about all things pool and spa related. They have parts for a sand filter I bought a couple of years ago and were able to answer every question I threw at them, which has helped me better maintain my pool. They have a great selection of pool care chemicals and such. Their patio section is awesome as well. They do an excellent job showcasing the furniture they sell. It makes me want half the stuff in there.

I have been a customer for 12 years and although their prices may not be the best on the chemicals (I often take the risk and shop online for comparison), their customer service and service team are phenomenal. We bought our Sundance from them 12 years ago and with their team helping when I have had problems and doing minor repairs as needed, she is still running strong!!!!!

We bought a new gas stove to replace an old one, and Emerald Pool and Spa made the whole process easy. Their website gave us links to lots of stoves, making the selection simple. When I visited the store, Courtney was informative and very helpful. We made a small refundable deposit, called the installer, and decided to purchase the stove. It arrived three weeks later and was installed the next day. The installation team was excellent. We’re very happy!

I got lots of good advice and service from the whole Bend team when I was plumbing together my indoor warm pool. Prices on Salt rivaled Walmart, which I couldn't believe! Go local.

We have had our spa for over a year and have truly enjoyed it. We also got our outdoor furniture there! Tracy is awesome to work with!

I haven't actually purchased anything but when I get to homeownership I will happily give them a solid chance at supplying my spa and patio. Heck I never imagined a hearth in my dream home but FI why not? It probably come in handy.

I highly recommend Emerald, great service and products. In fact I already recommended them to the electrician from Reynolds Electric that did our hot tub set up.

We had a great experience. After our hot tub was delivered we had a seal issue when filling it up. They were back out in 15 minutes and resolved the problem. Offered to help do the chemicals and got us all set up.

Over the past five years we have been doing business with these folks, both for our residence and our business here in Bend. Simply put, the sales and service experiences have been fantastic. Great attention to detail always. The latest example was this week when Russ came to install ordered parts for our gas fireplace. The repair necessitated complete disassembly. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were happy to show me how to get my spa chemicals regulated, even when I was mixing up the chemicals at home. We got a great deal on a tub and have been pleased with the customer service too.

We had a to replace a custom jacuzzi cover. Mind you not an easy project as we had to order a special size foam to cover the jacuzzi. Darlene and Brandy were a huge help. We were under time pressure to cover the jacuzzi before the fall and Darlene kept us up to date. I wish I could give the team 6 stars. Werner

Fabulous service from these folks! We had an issue with the temp sensor on a Jacuzzi spa we bought 3 years ago from them, and the service guy was here 15-20 minutes EARLY for the appointment, replaced the temp sensor, got everything working perfectly, and was super friendly. At the end of it, there wasn't even a bill for the service call. It doesn't get any better than this!

I am self installing a new fireplace insert (gas) in my house. I have never done this before. Emerald is very helpful in providing guidance and troubleshooting problems before they arise. I’m glad I chose them over Home Depot or Lowe’s.

This place is great and super helpful as we have been learning to deal with being first time hot tub owners. We bought our tub from them, they installed it, and have helped with all of our questions. They are great!

Visited the store for the first time today. We bought a small above ground pool to keep the kids entertained this summer and needed some help figuring out how to keep it clean. They were so responsive and helpful. Recommended a super simple regimen to care for my small pool (they could have easily suggested something more complicated and expensive) and made me feel confident that I could handle this.

I am so happy to have found Emerald Pool & Patio. I thought they were just an overpriced high end retailer - Now I know that the source true craftsmen produced products and sell at discount prices. I bought a lovely set of counter stools for my covered deck and a beautifully designed gas grill. Their prices were far below anything on the internet and I had personal service from the owners. I'm a big fan now!

Since then they have provided help keeping it going by testing my water to make sure the chemical balance is correct, providing advice, and service when necessary. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Garret in the chemical department was especially helpful when I had continuing water mold issues and had to switch chemical systems. He took the time to show me what I needed and answered all my questions (and there were a lot). Thank you."

I took a pool pump down there to get it fixed. I've used them before and have had no problems. They are busy this time of year so it'll take a little time to get it fixed. A good place for pool and spa parts and chemicals.

The service is excellent. I received my filters at least a week earlier then they expected. I was so excited to get them because I just cleaned my spa today. Thank you for always giving such good service.

We recently took delivery of a new spa, and the entire process was an over-the-top experience. Austin patiently worked with us to select the spa we wanted, the delivery/setup team was timely and professional, and the follow-up experience with the water lab team continues to be marvelous. We had other options, but chose Emerald because we heard they were the best people to deal with. I couldn't agree more. 😃

I called to inquire about a filter for my Dream Maker Spa, I was having a difficult time finding it online, my spa is 9 years old, the #'s on the filter did not match any I could find, I gave the info from filter, it's size, brand of Spa, he quickly looked it up & said they had one in stock that would work, & they are open til 6pm on Saturday!! I tend to get better prices online, but this price was very good & didn't have to wait for delivery! They also save your info in their system so re-ordering is easy!! Great customer service!!

My husband and I just bought a wood fireplace insert here, and let me tell you it was some one the friendliest, most helpful costumer service I've ever experienced. The guy that sold us the insert (Austin) was super friendly and knowledgeable and he had the answers to all of our questions that we'd been wondering about wood inserts. Jim ( the new fireplace guy) was just wonderful. He called right away every time there was an issue with our order (we had a custom part that took longer), he took the time to answer all of our questions, and if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head, he found out and got back to us real quick. Our fireplace arrived last week and is absolutely lovely! I highly recommend Emerald Pool & Patio to anyone looking to get a new fireplace and good costumer service!

Purchased a wood insert. I had a few issues with some unexpected costs. Then had some minor operational issues. I called and the owner, Vance came out with the service manager about an hour later. They spent a significant amount of time with me going over the issues I was having. Turns out the issue was creosote buildup at the chimney cap/filter. I was so impressed with their response. It turned a so-so experience into a great experience. I’m thankful for their level of care and the investment of their valuable time. Nice job guys!

This place is wonderful. The technician that came out to my place was absolutely brilliant. It literally took him less than a minute to determine where our spa problems were coming from. I had other company's techs out and they couldn't fix it. I called everyone I could find from Portland to Eugene. I either got the message that they wouldn't come out because I didn't buy my tub from them, or my tub was too old and they wouldn't attempt it. Those that did come out didn't know what was wrong. But the tech from Emerald Pool and Patio knew exactly what he was doing and in less than a minute he had it fixed. A big thank you to Emerald for being willing to send someone out to my place when other's wouldn't come. I was just about to scrap the whole hot tub even after I had spent $800 in replacement parts. But now with the help from Emerald, I can enjoy my hot tub tonight.

"I wish to update my review that I posted a month or two ago. I contacted Stefani the manager about our concerns (stated below) and she was very professional and understanding. She did the very best that she could to make things right including bringing in an electrician and another repair person to make the appropriate changes to our system for no charge. Emerald Pool was very fair with their adjusted fees. The poorly done servicing was done by a repair man that no longer works there. I didn’t want to leave a bad review after everyone worked so hard to make things right for us. Look elsewhere for help with your service on your pool! We had them install a pool heater ($4000). Afterwards there were some problems with the chemical sensors. I called and they said they were no longer accepting service appointments and would not send out their service person because he was too busy. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want 0 follow up service."

Emerald Pool and Patio did a wonderful job following through and the hot tub came when they promised. Their installers were very courteous and professional installing the tub and had helpful information since this was our first tub. I would recommend them to our friends!

This place and the people they employ are AMAZING. The last time I was in I worked with Ashley and Zach and they were both unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved to town and my mom sent me here after having worked with them for the past 10 years for her pool and I'm so happy I took her recommendation. There's a tip jar on the counter. Use it. They earn it Every. Single. Time.

I could not be more pleased with my hot tub purchase. Worked with Vance a few months ago on a Bullfrog Spa. He walked me through all of the choices and the variety of manufacturers. Was up front with the wait time for a spa. Recommended an outstanding electrician whom I used to get the work done. Everything was timely, well explained, and my overall experience was excellent. Even after deliver, they followed up with me and worked with me to make sure the water was properly balanced. Great company and great owner.

Parts department(AJ) was very informative. Definitely saved the experience. Not assuming nor judgemental, but most importantly, he was personable. Highly recommend Emerald Pool & Patio.

This is our favorite spa store! We drive all the way out to Eugene just to shop here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices and they have sales often. They also have water testing and tell you, exactly how to chemically maintain your hot tub. It's so tempting to buy a new one when we go in, all the new models are so beautiful! If you are looking to purchase a new hot tub, definitely look into Emerald Pool and Patio.

We got a hot tub from them last month. They were so patient and helpful. Everyone we’ve interacted with have been kind! I have no hesitance to recommend them. We know that working with them over the many years that we will own our hot tub will be consistent because everyone is so lovely. Definitely go by and see for yourself. Other places seemed a lot more uptight and trying make a sell. I had the opposite experience with Courtney and Austin, they were laid back and informative. I didn’t feel any pressure from them. We ended up getting a great tub at a great price! It was delivered quickly and they have been responsive with any questions.

"Jacklyn Rocks! After getting back from vacation I realized I had neglected to ad chlorine to my pool. No chlorine combined with the ash from the fires, I had a very sick pool. With days to go before I threw a party, Jacklyn prescribed all the right meds to fix it up quick. If you need some help with your pool, I highly recommend talking to her or one of the other pros help at Emerald Pool & Patio. They have the knowledge and products to make your green pool blue again. We loved a bench we purchased, but it developed a crack at one of the welded seams. Expecting difficulty, we explained the problem and were so pleased when Emerald agreed to work with the supplier to replace the flawed bench. It took so time, but the replacement was delivered! Thanks Emerald!

In 30 years of owning a pool I’ve used 4 different local pool businesses. Emerald Pool & Patio has been the best by far. Their water test department is top notch. Pleasant & knowledge help. If I ask an employee a question they don’t know the answer to they will ask one of their colleagues instead of just vomiting up any old answer. I can’t image using in one else.

"I live in Eugene, my elderly parents live in Cottage Grove. They asked me to help them find a new woodburning insert. We are fortunate to have several excellent places to purchase a woodstove in our area. This explains why we selected Emerald Pool and Patio (EP&P) and why we are so happy we did. The previous 'insert' lasted over 25 years of heavy use. It had a cooking ledge on it. Online research revealed that the cooking ledge pretty much disappeared due to changes in EPA regulations. EP&P uniquely carries the ""Ironstrike"" brand, the only large insert that still has a fully-functional cooking ledge. While we were at the store, we were impressed with the selection of high-quality freestanding stoves as well as 'inserts'. A high-quality woodstove is made with thicker metal. It will last longer and perform better than a low-cost unit found at a 'chain' store. Opinion based on years of experience: you will immediately notice the quality difference simply by opening and closing the door on the various showroom models. Spending more for a really good woodstove becomes a total ""no-brainer"", especially considering that it costs the same to install a cheaply-made stove as it does to install a really nice one. This is where it gets AMAZING. After we had the stove installed, my parents told me of excess smoke entering the room when they lit it up. It was so bad we thought there was a problem and after a couple of failed attempts, decided to call EP&P. They treated the situation with upmost urgency and had TWO people meet me in Cottage Grove the same day I called to resolve the problem. ""Jeremy"" was the salesperson and ""Steve"" is a technician at EP&P... a real Fire Master. It turned out that we were not starting the fire correctly. Woodstoves have changed a lot due to EPA regulations and the owner's manual is not much help. Steve showed us the correct way to use the new stove... which is different (more finicky to start the fire but MUCH easier to operate once it gets going) than the previous stove. Now, we absolutely love our new Ironstrike woodstove from Emerald Pool and Patio and are extremely thankful they came right out... all the way from west Eugene to Cottage Grove. That level of service is something we thought was long-gone, but it lives on at EP&P."

My husband and I had to call them many times over for technical help in putting together an aqua pro sand pump that did not include detailed instructions. On top of that we were putting together/creating a swimming pool out of a metal stock tank. Has been challenging as we have never even had an outdoor swimming pool at all, which, of course, resulted in many questions on our part. They were always patient, very kind, helped throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel unwelcome. We very much appreciate their expertise and friendliness/professionalism!

Our wood stove and pipe were serviced last week by Scotty from Emerald Pool & Patio. We were very impressed with Scotty. He arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning the stove pipe and wood stove. And he left the room cleaner than it was when he arrived. Scotty was professional, respectful and efficient.
