The ordering process at Emerald Pool and Patio was quite smooth and easy. Zach walked us through the order and made sure we had all the info accurate. Waiting time was less than expected, and scheduling a delivery was one easy phone call. The folks who brought the cover to the house, and took the old one away were kind and knowledgeable and made short work of the job. They were there about 15 minutes, answered a couple of questions and were on their way with the old cover in the van. All in all a simple and easy process from a reliable company. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable about all things pool and spa related. They have parts for a sand filter I bought a couple of years ago and were able to answer every question I threw at them, which has helped me better maintain my pool. They have a great selection of pool care chemicals and such. Their patio section is awesome as well. They do an excellent job showcasing the furniture they sell. It makes me want half the stuff in there.
