New 2026 Sundance® Spas Bristol™ – 780™ Series

Great doing business with everyone at Emerald Pool 👍🏻. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pool to buy from Emerald Pool. Love all the support from all the staff. When this swim spa wears out I will purchase another pool from Emerald Pool. Thank You for your Great service.

The ordering process at Emerald Pool and Patio was quite smooth and easy. Zach walked us through the order and made sure we had all the info accurate. Waiting time was less than expected, and scheduling a delivery was one easy phone call. The folks who brought the cover to the house, and took the old one away were kind and knowledgeable and made short work of the job. They were there about 15 minutes, answered a couple of questions and were on their way with the old cover in the van. All in all a simple and easy process from a reliable company. Thank you.

We have bought patio furniture from Emerald Pool and Patio for many years. They have a huge showroom and an excellent selection / range of brands. Courtney helped me most recently when I was buying a new patio set, and her service -- including working through a couple of special requests I had -- was exceptional. Everyone there is very friendly and genuinely cares about their customers.

We’ve had the best experience with each person we’ve worked with at Emerald pool and patio. The whole team went above and beyond to give us our dream hot tub . From answering our phone calls, to delivery and set up, to our technician helping us understand all the features and how to maintain water quality for optimal life of the spa. Emerald stays with you long after the sale to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank you all and would highly recommend you to anyone.

Excellent selection of outdoor furniture. Courtney took great care of us.

Very knowledgeable about all things pool and spa related. They have parts for a sand filter I bought a couple of years ago and were able to answer every question I threw at them, which has helped me better maintain my pool. They have a great selection of pool care chemicals and such. Their patio section is awesome as well. They do an excellent job showcasing the furniture they sell. It makes me want half the stuff in there.
