The ordering process at Emerald Pool and Patio was quite smooth and easy. Zach walked us through the order and made sure we had all the info accurate. Waiting time was less than expected, and scheduling a delivery was one easy phone call. The folks who brought the cover to the house, and took the old one away were kind and knowledgeable and made short work of the job. They have parts for a sand filter I bought a couple of years ago and were able to answer every question I threw at them, which has helped me better maintain my pool.
