Position: Yard Maintenance Personnel

Position Overview:  The Yard Maintenance Personnel is responsible for fostering and maintaining a clean and safe warehouses as well as property grounds at the Eugene retail store.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Drivers’ license required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the parking lot and outside areas surrounding Emerald Pool and Patio are clean and safe
• Load customer vehicles with product using an industrial lift truck, hand truck, or by hand
• Facilitate company owned vehicles for maintenance activities
• Maintenance and organization of warehouses
• Inventory management
• Unloading trucks, receiving deliveries and obtain proper paperwork
• Re-packaging of products

Work Conditions

• Mix of outside and inside working conditions
• Driving a forklift
• Standing for long periods of time
• Walking for long periods of time
• Lifting 50lbs, 100lbs assisted
