Position: Pool Construction Coordinator
Position Overview: Daily tasks include communicating with customers (phone, email, in person) regarding pool construction inquiries, job costing, and scheduling of construction personnel. Answering questions related to pool construction including aftercare and warranty. Filing building permits, lien, change orders and any other document that pertains to construction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous work experience in the construction or construction bidding process is a plus
- Time management skills
- Strong communication skills, especially with customers
- Solution provider
- Conflict resolution with “win – win” mentality
- Resourceful
Primary Responsibilities
- Follow-up on construction leads
- Discuss construction process with customers
- Schedule construction jobs (initial visits to phases of construction)
- Generate construction bids
- Assist Construction Foreman with project coordination
- Create contracts for pool clients
- Assist clients with building process including material selections
- Apply for building permits, lien documentation, change orders, and any other documents required for construction
- Maintain vendor relations
- Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of management
